- Booking.com: The commission is stated in the property agreement. The 15% preset is an editable example, not a verified average.
- Airbnb: 15.5% for most hosts on the single-fee model. The split-fee model generally charges hosts 3%. Use the rate that applies to your account; the guest fee is not added automatically.
- Travelminit: The current rate is available in the partner account. We do not assume a universal percentage.

Can my website also be in German or English?
Yes. We offer German and English versions with guest-focused translations and content organised for consistent updates. They are quoted separately; the base package remains unchanged.
What does hosting in Germany mean for guest data?
The website is hosted on servers in Germany. We choose and configure features carefully for privacy. German hosting is one part of the project; compliance also depends on connected services, legal information and how the guesthouse processes data. We agree these responsibilities before launch.
I already have a website. Does it need rebuilding?
Not necessarily. We review it together and decide what should be kept, improved or replaced.
Do I need to leave Booking.com?
No. Your website complements the platforms you use. We do not propose moving existing bookings outside the process agreed with the platform.
Where will visitors come from?
We start with existing sources: searches for the guesthouse name, its Google profile, social pages and recommendations. If additional promotion is needed, we discuss it separately.
Who responds and confirms the booking?
You or someone you appoint. The guest sends an enquiry; availability, price and conditions are confirmed afterwards. The base website is not an automated booking system.
How much does it cost and what do I pay after launch?
The proposal shows the project price, applicable taxes and recurring costs separately. The domain, hosting, form services and any selected maintenance are explained before acceptance.
What materials do I need to prepare?
Information about the guesthouse, rooms, amenities and surroundings, photographs we may use and agreed access. You receive a clear list before work begins.
Who owns the domain and what do I receive at handover?
We recommend registering the domain in your name. The proposal defines rights to use the design, content, access and files supplied at handover.
How long does the website take to build?
We set a schedule after reviewing the materials and work involved. It is included in the proposal together with approval stages.
What happens if more enquiries do not appear?
We review visitor sources and how guests contact you. A website does not guarantee enquiries or bookings. The proposal defines included post-launch support and its limits.
